A Touchstone Writers One-Day Workshop

Sunday, September 8 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Delve into your memories and record them for posterity! The six-hour intensive workshop, for both beginners and more seasoned writers, will guide you in shaping a legacy will—a personal document that tells your friends and family about your accomplishments, your dearly held beliefs, where you might have fallen short of your goals, who you are now, and what you wish for future generations. Ann Hutton, of Touchstone Writers, will use the Amherst Writers & Artists method to lead you into crafting your unique life stories. It’s $75/person, or $60 if you register before Aug 31.

About Ann:
I have led writing workshops for many years in various settings—at HealthAlliance Hospital’s oncology support house, at the Omega Institute for Breast Cancer Options’ annual retreat, at Bard College’s Lifetime Learning Institute, and others. I am excited to be on this journey with you. And a journey, it is. Writing your truth through personal narrative/essay/memoir/poetry can take you to places in your own past that you might have forgotten. Share what’s true for you! Leave your mark in your own words!
